Baked French Toast Oatmeal

This Baked French Toast Oatmeal combines the warm, comforting flavors of classic French toast with the hearty goodness of oats. Lightly sweet, spiced with cinnamon, and baked to perfection, this dish is a delicious way to start your day with fiber, protein, and sustained energy. Great for meal prep or a weekend brunch! 🥞🥣✨



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 3 egg white

  • 1/2 cup applesauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon maple extract

  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 tablespoons protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 pinch salt



Directions:

Microwave: Stir everything together in a medium-size bowl, with room at the top so the oats can expand in the microwave without overflowing. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until it is cooked through in the center. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an individual baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Stir ingredients together in a small-medium bowl. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on top. (This is a broad range because it will vary based on size of baking dish).
