• 2-15 oz cans drained white kidney beans • 60g or 1/2 cup greek yogurt or 64g or 1/4 cup hummus
• 100g or 1 medium apple, sliced • 1/2 red onion diced (optional) • 1 cup mixed greens • 1 pound cooked and cubed chicken breast
