Chia Berry Breakfast Bowl

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice

  • 16 grams protein powder

  • 50 grams or 1/2 cup raspberries (or any berry)

  • 16 grams or 2 tablespoons chia seeds

(Shown a mango garnish optional)


Directions:

Mix seeds with milk and protein powder. Let sit until they expand. Garnish with frozen berries.
