Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice
1 scoop protein powder (30g)
6 oz vanilla yogurt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 tablespoon almond butter
3-4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons raw oatmeal
