Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 scoop protein powder (30g)

  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 3-4 ice cubes

  • 2 tablespoons raw oatmeal




Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix.

  2. Top with additional yogurt, oats and cinnamon- optional

  3. Serves 1
