Dirty Martini Dip

Shake up your appetizer game with this Dirty Martini Dip! Bursting with the briny goodness of green olives and the rich creaminess of cheeses, this dip is a crowd-pleasing twist on the iconic cocktail. Whether you're hosting a party or indulging in a snack, this dip is the perfect pairing for crackers, veggies, or even martini-inspired garnishes like breadsticks. It's easy to make, sophisticated, and absolutely irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup onions, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ cup gin, or vodka – optional

  • 2 cups plain whole milk Greek yogurt, don’t use fat-free here

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ cup chopped martini olives, plus more for garnish

  • 2 teaspoons martini olive brine

  • ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • ¼ cup Gorgonzola cheese, or blue cheese, plus optional more for topping



Instructions

  1. Add olive oil to a small saute over medium heat; add onions & salt. Saute until browned but still with a bite. Add alcohol of your choice and cook out until almost dry. Set aside to cool.

  2. In a medium bowl combine Greek yogurt, olives, olive brine, black pepper & sauteed onions, add gorgonzola.

  3. Spoon dip into a dish; top with lemon zest and olives.

Serve with your favorite cracker or chip!
