Grape Apple Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt and Walnuts

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup grapes, halved
1 apple, diced (preferably a crisp variety like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Mixed greens or lettuce for serving (optional)

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, halved grapes, diced apple, celery, and chopped walnuts.
In a separate small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and fruit mixture, and gently stir to coat all the ingredients.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve the salad on a bed of mixed greens or lettuce if desired.
