High Protein Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese any fat

  • 1/4 cup milk (I used oat milk)

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder



Directions

  1. In a high speed blender, add cottage cheese, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup and cacao powder.

  2. Process until smooth, about 2-3 minutes, pausing and scraping the walls of a blender with a spatula a few times.

  3. Transfer to a bowl or storage containers, and enjoy on its own or top with your favorite toppings.
