High-Protein Queso Using Cottage Cheese


If you're looking for a creamy, delicious, and protein-packed queso dip, using cottage cheese is a game-changer! Ingredients

  • 1- 16oz container cottage cheese blended (2 cups)

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated

  • 1/4 cup salsa

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil




Directions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese using a mixer or ninja until smooth

  2. Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl.

  3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes and stir until silky smooth.

  4. Enjoy with healthy tortilla chip or veggies.


Makes 4 servings- however can be used as an appetizer giving you protein in every bite!

To make this a single serving meal- include 150 calories of a healthy chip and enjoy a full cup for over 25g of protein.
