High-Protein Queso Using Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
1- 16oz container cottage cheese blended (2 cups)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
1/4 cup salsa
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Blend the cottage cheese using a mixer or ninja until smooth
Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes and stir until silky smooth.
