• 245 grams or 1 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt • 100 grams or 1/2 cup chopped tomato (optional, not shown in photo) • 16 grams or 1 tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch or onion powder • Veggies of choice
Directions:
Mix seasoning with yogurt. Use this to dip your veggies in! Enjoy!
