Lemon Drop Smoothie

  • 32g or 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 50g avocado

  • 1 whole lemon

  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Peal lemon and add entire fruit to the blender including the spongy flesh in the fruit.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and whip. The avocado is tasteless and the healthy fat!

Serves 1.
