Ingredients:
1 cup Cottage Cheese
2 eggs
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch onion powder
1 pinch Italian seasoning

Directions:
1.Mix all together, spread out into a rectangle shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and avocado spray and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
This recipe will make several pitas depending on the size you select. Divide recipe into 4 for a nice sized pita, each adding 10g of protein to your meal!
