1 cup Pumpkin
2 Egg
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup Nut butter
1/2 cup Sweetener of choice
1 cups Oat flour
1/2 cup Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray muffin tin with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Add in the wet ingredients and mix again until smooth.
Divide muffins among muffin pan and bake for 18-20 minutes, or when a toothpick comes out clean. Makes 12
