• 160g or 2 cups rolled oats • 1 1/2 cups almond milk • 1 1/2 cups flour (or gluten free flour) • 1 tablespoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon • 50g or 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder • 1 teaspoon vanilla • 150g or 1 cup frozen strawberries
Directions:
Mix ingredients until smooth. Fill the muffin pan and bake at 375° F for 16-18 minutes. Insert a toothpick to see if muffins are cooked. Remove when lightly browned. Total servings: 6
