Ingredients:
1 can of tuna in water, drained
1/2 avocado, diced
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 cup cucumbers, halved
2 cups baby spinach
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced avocado, sunflower seeds, chopped red onion, and cucumber.
Add the baby spinach to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
