Vanilla Peppermint Frosty Shake

Whether you’re blending it up post-workout, enjoying it as a festive treat, or sneaking in some protein in a fun way, this shake brings yummy vibes and frosty freshness all year long.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • 2  tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup protein powder

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)

  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 1-2 tablespoons Splenda or monk fruit

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 1/2 cup ice

  • 1 cherry *optional

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients for the into a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with crushed peppermint candy (or mini candy cane) if desired. Enjoy!
