Yum Yum Yogurt

1/4 cup blueberries or strawberries
1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon flax seeds
2 tablespoon chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
Mix chia seeds in yogurt. Add stevia if you wish. Top blueberries with yogurt and almonds. Chia seeds are optional but yummy!
