Apple Oats Shake

Ingredients

  • 25g of protein from protein powder of choice

  • 8 oz water

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce or 1 small apple

  • 20g raw oatmeal

  • 1/2 banana using the peel also (you won’t taste it)

  • Dash cinnamon and vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil





Shake instructions

  1. Add ice to blender for best results.

  2. You will not taste the banana peal. This is a healthy starch that is remarkable for your liver. It has no calories.

  3. The shakes are optional. You can do them daily or up to two times a day with a dinner.

4. I find that PEA PROTEIN POWDER will bring you best results, but any powder will work. This will be discussed during the Zoom session.

Absolutely love this shake! one of my favorites right now! Been drinking it almost daily for a week! Def recommend! I add a cup of ice and omit the vanilla.
