Asian Mandarin Chicken Salad

1- 16 ounce bag shredded cabbage
1- 16 ounce bag shredded coleslaw ( this has red cabbage and carrots)
12- 16 ounces shredded cooked chicken
Dressing:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey agave
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon liquid aminos
1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
1 clove garlic
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss.
In a separate bowl prepare the dressing. Toss dressing on to salad and serve. This will stay fresh for up to 4 days once dressed, however you can add the dressing as you serve it daily.
Add sesame seeds and cilantro if desired. Serves 4
