Avocado Cauliflower Egg Bowl

• 1 cup cooked riced cauliflower

• 50 grams of weight in avocado sliced

• 2 eggs cooked the way you want

• Hot sauce optional


Directions:

1. In a skillet sauté the riced cauliflower and set aside.

2. Prepare the eggs however you like and stack them on top of cauliflower in a bowl!

3. Add avocado and other toppings (I added mushrooms and cherry tomato in this photo). These can be made in advance for easy prep.
