Power Chia Shake

• 1 scoop or 32g protein powder

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

• 2 tablespoons chia seeds

• 1/3 avocado or 80 grams

*Optional: dash of cinnamon


Directions:

  1. Blend protein powder, milk, and avocado until smooth. Add ice if desired. Add chia seeds after blending. Let it sit if you would like the seeds to activate. Shake can be enjoyed before seeds thicken up however will expand in time.
