GetuFit Spinach Artichoke Omelet

• 4 egg whites or 1/2 cup • 30 grams or 1 full cup spinach • 50 grams or 1/2 cup canned artichoke • 15 grams optional cheese or 1 tablespoon


Directions:

Saute spinache and artichke until soft. Drain excess water. Add egg mixture and cover on low heat until eggs fluff. Add cheese and dig in!
