Holy Hummus

  • 25 grams or 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 40 grams or 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced

  • 20 grams or 1/4 cup carrot, grated

  • 1 pita or your choice of bread

  • 15 grams or 1 tablespoon hummus

  • 3 ounces canned or fresh chicken

  • 16 grams or 1 tablespoon slivered almonds

Mix hummus and chicken together. Combine with greens, cucumber, carrot, and almonds. Add to pita and enjoy!
