• 200 grams or medium pear sliced (canned can be used if in no syrup)
• 112 grams or 1/2 cup part skim ricotta or dairy free yogurt
• 16 grams or 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (not shown)
Directions:
Slice pear and enjoy a dab of ricotta or almond milk yogurt on each slice.
Roll in sunflower seeds for some salt and crunch. SO GOOD!
Add cinnamon if you wish!
