Raspberry Banana Smoothie

• 50 grams or 1/3 of a very ripe banana, cut into chunks and then frozen

• 60 grams or 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

• 1 cup almond milk

• 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (preferably no sugar added)

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


Directions:

Blend with ice and enjoy!
