Avocado Breakfast Toast

  • 1 slice toast of choice (150 calories or less- gluten free)

  • 1 egg or 2 ounces protein

  • 1 tablespoon cheese crumbles or dairy free cheese

  • 50 grams or 1/3 Avocado

  • Sliced fruit or veggies

You have the flexibility to be creative.


Directions:

  1. Prepare egg however you desire.

  2. Lightly toast the bread and compile your ingredients on your toast.
