Avocado Egg Slam

Avocado- 50 grams or 1/3 avocado
2 eggs, prepared as you wish
2 rice cakes or WASA toast
Directions:
Dice up avocado and layer on top of rice cake or WASA crackers and egg. Include with a dash of hot sauce if you wish.
