Cottage Cheese Protein Wraps

Quick, easy, and packed with protein: Cottage Cheese Protein Wraps are a game-changer for busy days! 🥗🌯


Simply grab your favorite wrap, spread a layer of cottage cheese, and load it up with fresh veggies, lean protein, and your favorite seasonings. Roll it up, and you’ve got a nutritious, satisfying meal in minutes.


High in protein, low in fuss—these wraps are perfect for lunch, a post-workout snack, or a light dinner.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese – 2%-4%% fat

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¼ teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder



Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a small rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray to prevent sticking. 

  2. Add the cottage cheese, eggs, and seasoning (Italian seasoning + garlic powder) to a medium bowl and whisk well to combine. Note: you could also blend the ingredients in a blender or pulse them in a food processor for a smoother texture. 

  3. Spread the cottage cheese mixture in an 8×10, ¼-inch thick rectangle on the lined baking pan.

  4. Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven on the middle rack until firm and golden – about 25-30 minutes. Then remove it and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes. 

  5. Add your favorite fillings – we spread some mayo and mustard then added lettuce, tomato, and turkey slices to one end of the flatbread, then carefully rolled it up in some parchament paper. Finally, we used a sharp kitchen knife to cut it in half and it was DELICIOUS!
