High in protein, low in fuss—these wraps are perfect for lunch, a post-workout snack, or a light dinner.
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese – 2%-4%% fat
2 large eggs
¼ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a small rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray to prevent sticking.Â
Add the cottage cheese, eggs, and seasoning (Italian seasoning + garlic powder) to a medium bowl and whisk well to combine. Note: you could also blend the ingredients in a blender or pulse them in a food processor for a smoother texture.Â
Spread the cottage cheese mixture in an 8×10, ¼-inch thick rectangle on the lined baking pan.
Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven on the middle rack until firm and golden – about 25-30 minutes. Then remove it and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes.Â
Add your favorite fillings – we spread some mayo and mustard then added lettuce, tomato, and turkey slices to one end of the flatbread, then carefully rolled it up in some parchament paper. Finally, we used a sharp kitchen knife to cut it in half and it was DELICIOUS!
