Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with sea salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.

  2. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place salmon skin-side up on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes without moving it.

  3. Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets during the last minute of cooking.

  4. While salmon cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté mixed vegetables for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Arrange cooked quinoa on serving plates, top with sautéed vegetables, and place grilled salmon fillet on top. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and serve immediately.
