Creamy Chicken Wild Rice Soup

This creamy chicken wild rice soup is packed with shredded chicken, earthy wild rice, and vegetables in a rich broth. It’s a wholesome and nutritious soup that’s comforting and hearty, perfect for a cozy dinner.

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 6 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup wild rice

  • 2 carrots, diced

  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt

  • Salt and pepper, to taste



Directions:

  1. Add olive oil, chicken, broth, wild rice, carrots, celery, and onion to the Crockpot.

  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

  3. Shred the chicken and stir in the yogurt

  4. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, then serve.
