Bursting with zesty grapefruit, a hint of lime, and a touch of fizz, the Paloma Mocktail is a perfect blend of sweet, sour, and sparkling goodness.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz grapefruit juice

  • 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • ½ oz agave syrup

  • 2 oz soda water


Instructions

  1. Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 10 to 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosted. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.

  2. Top with the soda water and add garnish (optional). Serve immediately.


 

Spicy Margarita Mocktail

Jalapeño Simple Syrup:

  • ½ cup jalapeños, diced

  • ¼ cup water

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar


Spicy Margarita Mocktail:

  • 2 oz orange juice

  • 2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • 2 oz jalapeño syrup

  • salted rim or tajin rim


Instructions:

Heat the jalapeños, sugar and water together in a saucepan over medium heat.

  1. Stir occasionally, and continue to heat for about 5 minutes until the sugar has completely dissolved.

  2. Remove the syrup from the stove and strain out the jalapeños. Let the syrup cool to room temperature before making the margarita.

Spicy Margarita Mocktail:

  1. Run a wedge of lime around the rim of your margarita glass. Roll the edge into salt or tajin seasoning, pressing to make it stick.

  2. Add the orange juice, lime juice and jalapeño simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 15 to 20 seconds until the outside is frosted. Strain into your margarita glass filled with fresh ice.


 

Prickly Pear Mocktail

Known for its bright magenta hue and subtly sweet flavor, prickly pear adds a unique twist to this alcohol-free delight. Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Glass:Rim your glass with a mix of sugar and a pinch of salt for a sweet and salty contrast. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

  2. Mix the Base:In a cocktail shaker, combine the prickly pear puree (or syrup), lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup. Add ice and shake well until chilled.

  3. Pour and Top:Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over ice. Top with sparkling water for a bubbly finish.

  4. Garnish and Serve:Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and a sprig of mint for a pop of freshness.

Tips:

  • For an extra layer of flavor, muddle fresh mint or basil in the shaker before mixing.

  • If prickly pear syrup isn’t available, you can blend and strain fresh prickly pears for a puree, or use a high-quality prickly pear juice.

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave syrup to suit your taste.
