• 32 grams chocolate or vanilla protein powder
• 1 cup almond milk
• 16 grams or 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter (PB2) • 16 grams or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
• Ice
Directions:
Add the ingredients to the blender. Mix up and prepare! Top with fresh fruit, and sugar-free maple syrup.
