Looking for a sweet treat or something to fill you up for breakfast? These blender muffins are so easy to make, and even easier to eat! Made with all natural ingredients, they are gluten free and full of flavor!
Ingredients:
2 cups raw oats
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup Greek Yogurt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
1/2 cups vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat oven at 400 degrees
Prep muffin tins by spraying with cooking oil spray. I like to use olive oil spray.
Blend all of the ingredients using a hand mixer. Do not over mix.
Divide the mixture into the muffin tins.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until browned.
Makes 12 muffins. Enjoy 2 per serving!
