• 32 grams or 1 serving vanilla protein powder • 8 ounces unsweetened oat milk or milk of choice
• 80 grams or 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 32 grams or 2 tablespoons flaxseeds or chia seeds (or 100 calories of healthy fat)
• 1 cup ice
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 2. If the smoothie is too thick, add more oat milk and blend again.
3. If the smoothie is too thin, add more ice and blend again.
4. Add seeds after blending.
