Basic Chia Pudding

• 25 grams or 2 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice • 20 grams protein powder • 50 grams optional fruit for topping
Directions:
Combine milk and chia seeds. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
