• 16 ounces sliced turkey • 120 grams or 4 ounces hummus
• 4-8 leaves iceberg lettuce • 1 cucumber sliced • Sprinkle of paprika
Directions:
Lay lettuce leaves open and spread hummus on each leaf. This makes 4 servings so you can make 4 or 8 pieces. Layer the cucumber, then the turkey. Combine, roll up and enjoy! Serve with a healthy fat such as a side of nuts or avocado. Total servings: 4
