Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup fresh spinach chopped very finely
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (use gluten free if needed)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking, if pan-frying)

Directions:
1. Mix the Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
2. Form the Patties
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- If the mixture feels too sticky, lightly oil your hands or chill it for 10 minutes before forming patties.
3. Cook the Burgers
- Pan-fry method: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F)
- Grill method: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, flipping carefully. Drizzle additional 1 tablespoon olive oil while cooking.
- Oven method: Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4. Serve & Enjoy
- Serve on a bun, lettuce wrap, or over a salad with your favorite toppings like avocado, tomato, or a drizzle of your favorite sauce! Serves 4
