This creamy cilantro lime crema is made with Greek yogurt, fresh cilantro and zesty lime for a light and tangy flavor that pairs perfectly with any dish. Add it as a dip, spread or salad dressing.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1.5 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 small garlic clove
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup fresh cilantro

Directions:
Add Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic, sea salt, and onion powder into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Toss in the fresh cilantro and pulse until just combined, keeping some flecks of green for texture.
Taste and adjust with more salt and pepper if needed.
Serve & Enjoy! Drizzle over tacos, burritos, fajitas, or use as a dip for veggies and chips.
